NIGHT & DAY STONE is a family-owned and operated natural stone fabrication and countertop company based in Las Vegas, NV. We provide professional marble, granite, quartz, and other natural stone fabrication, installation, and related services for residential and commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas.

3. Service Estimates & Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided by NIGHT & DAY STONE are non-binding until a written service agreement or invoice is signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of materials, accessibility, and scope of work discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment issues, material delays, or unsafe working conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

  • Ensure clear and safe access to all areas where fabrication and installation will occur.
  • Provide accurate measurements and specifications for custom fabrication work.
  • Disclose any known damage, prior repairs, or existing conditions.
  • Ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area during service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in writing prior to work commencement. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to schedule fabrication work. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

7. Satisfaction & Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of installation completion so we can assess and address the issue. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our labor and fabrication methods. It does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, physical impact, or normal wear and tear after service.

8. Limitation of Liability

NIGHT & DAY STONE is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or material characteristics that are not disclosed prior to service. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

The content on this website — including text, images, and videos — is the property of NIGHT & DAY STONE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site and reserve the right to update content at any time without notice.
